Book through GetYourGuide. When you complete your booking, immediately email a photo of your IDP and passport to the operator (GetYourGuide will include their contact info). They will reply confirming your documents are acceptable. Save that email. In peak season (Cherry Blossom, Golden Week, October), book a week ahead to guarantee availability.
